About Cascade Direct Primary Care

Cascade Direct Primary Care is a medical laboratory that offers direct primary care in Milwaukie, OR. With over two years in the medical business, you can rely on our primary care doctors to provide the medical attention you and your family need. Direct primary care is a membership-based model. Patients pay a monthly membership fee and get full access to their provider, longer appointments, and same-day/following-day appointments. The membership fee covers basic office expenses, and we work with patients to get medications, labs, and imaging discounts, and we do not take nor bill insurance.

Pricing is scaled and based on age.

Medicare - traditionally, DPC does not see Medicare patients as charging the fee is currently not allowed. In the past, DPC doctors would have to "opt out" of Medicare to see these patients. To address this issue, we partnered with Poplar to see Medicare patients on a capitation-based model (monthly reimbursement from Medicare, allowing us to waive the DPC membership fee for Medicare patients.
